Abstract— This document presents the design and development of an integrated library management system based on needs assessment conducted in response to technology, infrastructure, existing condition, facilities, technology readiness human resources, automation sufficiency level, support technical staff among ninety-eight (98) respondents using descriptive developmental method. Developing a research is crucial ensuring accuracy reliability system. approach addresses specific problems or challenges by incorporating evidence-based practices latest advancements field. The findings include need mentor how use influence others as factor technology. There difficulty encountered navigating schools’ virtual libraries, unavailability materials, visiting it not enticing anymore since information available from internet. rarity introducing new absence 3D printers are common pain points. However, improvements website, email/chat with librarian, online guides, book reservations, delivery service were noticed. Research gaps recommendations selected Library Management System also employed additional input A deeper understanding Internet Things, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Robotics, Embedded Systems through training, webinars, workshops necessary for librarian. These technologies could be applied operations transactions. Procurement equipment which includes systems steps take improve library's services operation. By combining results assessments knowledge derived recommendations, provided stronger foundation It provides validation grounding scientific principles, that well-informed effective its implementation. Ultimately, developing leads more informed solutions points challenges.
